Blackspire Positron double-walled wheelset. This is wheelset is in excellent condition and used on a xc bike for 13 months. The reason for the sale is because I have replaced this wheelset with a tubless wheelset and tires. Asking price - $160.00

For sale is a brand new Rock Shox Tora XC Solo Air Fork 2009 (3 weeks old). It was used 3 times for a xc ride whilst waiting for a Fox shock for a new bike build. Shock is in excellent condition and is a perfect xc fork. Asking price: $190.00

Had mixed results with Magicshine last year.  Super bright and great when working, but some quality issues.  Battery or charger died after first charge, which Geoman replaced, very quickly but had to make a second trip down to Pt. Roberts.  Second one cut out on first drop, and a few more times on same ride.  Found the connector between battery and light has contact issues under side pressure, but if twisted around to a stable position, no problems.  All good now, and can't beat the price.

Come join your fellow NSride members and ride leaders at a trailday on Mt. Seymour.  Together with the North Shore Mountain Biking Association (NSMBA) we will be working on the well loved trail, Pangor.

You just need to show up with sturdy shoes or boots, work gloves, water and a smile.

Lunch will be provided to all volunteers.

September schedules are now up on the web site. Just a reminder that we are meeting at 5:45 and riding at 6:00 during September. The last regular season weeknight ride will be on Thursday Sep. 16 and the season ending weekend ride is on september 19.

I recently got a new fancy HTC Desire Android powered phone and i've been trying to find the app I like the best for tracking rides using the phones GPS. I've tried Everytrail and SportyPal so far. I'm wondering what others use, if they use them.

I'm also interested to see whicgh is most popular to possibly build support for it into myFacebook Ride Log App, if there is an API.

I've your curious what the  results look like for the 2 apps i've tested, check these out.
