Nicole’s – Intermediate
DH – Trails with moderately steep sections and lots of switchbacks. Climb up to the top of SFU.

Burke Mountain

Coquitlam River Park Trails – Beginner to Intermediate
XC - Single and double track trail network. Gentle grades with few technical sections.

Flywheel – Intermediate

DH/XC - Some scary stunts, all with ride arounds. Can get very wet in the winter.

Triple Crown – Advanced
DH - Generally steep with few stunts. Less ridden than the shore, so more loamy. Can be muddy in the winter, but always fun.

Delta Watershed

Delta Watershed Trails – Beginner to Intermediate

XC - Single track trails, not steep, with rocks, roots, logs and stunts. As fast, easy or hard as you want to make it.
