 m. Be ready to ride at 10:15 am.\nBe prepared with enough snacks and water
  for a 3 hour ride.\n\nJoin us after the ride at Mariner Brewing for food 
 and beverages.  Location is 1100 Lansdowne Dr H\, Coquitlam\, BC V3B 5E2T
 BD parking is available in the front and back.\n\nRSVP is mandatory for al
 l rides.  RSVP is open at 6pm on Sunday\, May 17th\n\nTo RSVP\, click the
  orange box representing what bike you will be riding (analog or e-bike) i
 n the appropriate group. \n\nPlease be prepared to show proof of membersh
 ip ( digital card or confirmation email) if you are asked.\n\nNo Shows are
  Super un-cool.  If you sign up\, please come.  If something comes up\,
  no worries\, but please change your status.\n\nCheck forum by 8 am for a
 ny ride cancellations in case of questionable weather.
