 :00 am. Be ready to ride at 10:15 am.\nBe prepared with enough snacks and 
 water for a 3 hour ride.\n\nJoin us after the ride for food and beverages
  at Howe Sound Brewery.\n\nRSVP is mandatory for all rides.  RSVP is open
  at 6pm on Sunday\, May 3rd\n\nTo RSVP\, click the orange box representing
  what bike you will be riding (analog or e-bike) in the appropriate group.

 firmation email) if you are asked.\n\nNo Shows are Super un-cool.  If yo
