Fees
All participants must have a 2026 NSRIDE MEMBERSHIP to participate.
- Single – Bunk bed in a shared room: $150
- Couple – Double bed in a private room: $300

Directions: The address for the lodge is 5302 Alta Lake Rd, Whistler. Take a right off Alta Lake Rd when you see the sign for Tyrol Lodge. The lodge itself is at the bottom of a steep gravel road, so please don’t speed as you come in (or you might end up in the lake). There is plenty of parking at the bottom of the hill.

Plan for communal food on Saturday night to come
What is included:
- Guided trail ride on Saturday in the Whistler area
- 2 nights stay at the Tyrol Lodge in Whistler (check-in Friday, check-out Sunday)
- Beverages and SWAG!
What is not included:
- Bedding. You will need to bring your own duvet, pillow, sheets etc.
- Guided ride on Sunday
- Meals, although we will formulate a plan for a group pizza order for dinner on Saturday
- Transportation
- Any other incidental costs that are not described above
Cancellation Policy
- Substitution is permitted. If you can’t make it, find a member to take your place and contact the trip organizer.
- No refunds will be issued for late notices or “no-shows”.
- In the unlikely case that the event has to be cancelled, 100% of all registration fees will be refunded.
