Description
Fees
- Single – Bunk bed in a shared room: $300
- Couple – Double bed in a private room: $600
- Off-Site – Rides and Sociables only: $150
Riding Groups: There will likely be three groups with blended skill levels: Beginner/Intermediate, Intermediate/Advanced, Advanced/Expert.
All participants must have a 2024 NSRIDE MEMBERSHIP to participate.
What is included:
- Guided rides on Saturday and Sunday at Cumberland Community Forest and/or Forbidden Plateau
- 3 nights stay at Riding Fool Hostel (check-in Friday, check-out Monday)
- Dinner for Saturday and Sunday night. Saturday will be catered at the hostel and Sunday will be a traditional roast beef dinner at the Waverly Hotel (vegetarian options available)
- Snacks, beverages, swag and much more!
What is not included:
- Transportation
- Any other meals or snacks other than the two dinners described above
- Any other incidental costs that are not described above
- Ferry reservations to and from Nanaimo are highly recommended.
Cancellation Policy
- Substitution is permitted. If you can’t make it, find a member to take your place and contact the trip organizer.
- No refunds will be issued for late notices or “no-shows”.
- In the unlikely case that the event has to be cancelled, 100% of all registration fees will be refunded.
